I am not feeling well these past few days, but I cannot let a day pass without being productive specially on a Monday. I didn't report for work today so I might at least update my blog. Hahaha!
April has been a very busy and exhausting month for me. Aside from the fact that the weather resembles those of our cooking ovens there are also a lot of work to do and extra-curricular corporate activities in my calendar.

Attended Benefit's Summer Beauty Talk at Rustans EDSA Shangri-La last April 13, 2013. The attendees gained knowledge on the latest summer make-up trends as well as other beauty tips from no other than "Benefit's Guru of Gorgeous" -Ms. Alyanna Martinez.

My summer essentials.This Belo/Cosmopolitan Sun-Safe pouch is very useful for me since this is where I store my body and facial sunscreens which saves my time looking for stuffs specially during those impromptu beach trips at home. I had it last summer as a freebie from Cosmopolitan Magazine's summer issue.
Deli Office Supply's Sorted Envelopes makes budgeting easier and it helps me keep my receipts in order.
Dairy Queen Blizzard in Rocky Road keeps my cool this summer. My throat is not enjoying it though.
I miss Tokyo-Tokyo's Pork Tonkatsu with Apple Sauce so much that I dragged my boyfriend to Trinoma Mall last Saturday for a Sumo Meal.

Attended our company outing at Sunset Beach Resort in Morong, Bataan.
I received my first loan from Pag-Ibig 2 weeks ago (Giddy-girl!). Ever since I learned the beauty of make-up, I always have a stand-up dresser from our house in Pangasinan, up to my college dorm in Manila, even in my present boarding house in Quezon City. I always dreamed of having my own vanity dresser complete with small cabinets to store my make-up and hair tools, large mirrors to fully view my face and outfit, and of course with a chair to keep me relaxed while performing my rituals (kulang nalang ng mirror bulbs ngayon!).
I got my vanity dresser from Marikina Riverbanks' Off-Price Department Store. Since their delivery service was already fullybooked 2 weeks before my date of purchase, I decided to take the disassembled parts at home and had my boyfriend assemble the whole thing come the next day which he patiently did. SWEET! :D
I might be a busy-bee and a exhausted lady for this month, but I am loving the fruits of my labor and enjoying life's little surprises that come my way.
