New Year Nails in "China Glaze Solar Flare"

It seems just like the other night when we went on our new year countdown celebration (2013) and I am just  half-busy and excited writing my resolutions and timeline. After all, this is what new year is all about - A CLEAN SLATE. Right? To my surprise, at work everything was a lot different. Last month I stare at my monitor with an empty inbox, now the "Incredimail' icon is starting to show a little more too often causing my PC to hang, plus there is this new implementations, plus new processing methods, and new corporate programs.

Okay, so I spent a dozen days of 2013 asking myself, WTH is going on with my the world? Seriously, I am trying my best to handle all the pressure and adjustments that 2013 requires with full grace. (Amen). After all this is how I dreamed my job to be. It's just that everything came a little bit fast-forwarded and I was thinking, of course I have to put balance on my personal duties too. Facing all these stress, there are times that I unintentionally neglect a resolution or two. BAD! VERY. VERY. BAD!

So here are my goals for 2013. Let's see how many will survive in the next 353 days!

2013 GOALS

1. Cultivate and nourish healthy relationships with my loved-ones. (Must keep my cool. AT ALL TIMES!)

2. Manage my finances properly. (WILLPOWER! WILLPOWER!) The most challenging I must say for I should wear an eye-mask when passing by malls for me to achieve this, hahaha!

3. Improve my personal style and increase self-esteem. (Aka operation 'wag mag-mukhang gusgusin at mahiyaing bata program)

4. Perform my duties well. (At work, at home, and with God)

5. Live a healthier and earth friendly lifestyle. (Run, eat my greens, go organic, turn off the lights, etc.)
No, i'm not turning into a vegetarian. I am talking of self-improvement, not suicide! :)
