Nanny Rose Hair Removing Wax

The temperature's rising and everyone's excited for the most anticipated season of the year "SUMMER"! Oh well, no lady would wanted to be caught off guard looking like a baboon wearing a swimsuit! Uh-oh, is that your crush staring at you with all your body hairs' glory?! Fret not, for a lot of waxing salons are sprawling all over the metro waiting for my review, hahaha! But if one of your new year's resolutions is tightening the financial belt, being a DIY savvy, or you are still a student working on your weekly allowance here is my bet to end your sorrow.

Nanny Rose's Queen Bee All Natural Hair Remover
It smells oh-so sweet!

Claims: Nanny Rose's Honey Wax will spruce you up in the sweetest way possible. This sticky pot is a combination of locally produced honey, sugar and calamansi juice. It contains no harsh chemicals and ingredients that can cause allergies that is why it can be used on sensitive and delicate areas. Making used of ingredients that are closest to nature, your can be sure that every jar of Nanny Rose's honey wax is made with love.

With Nanny Rose's Honey Wax, hair is removed down to the roots, leaving your skin smooth and hairless for 3-4 weeks. Your kit can last up to a year if properly kept. Seal the jar with its cap after every use. This kind of wax may be used as is. But for best results, it is highly recommended to use it warm.

Use: (as written on the box)

1. Simply remove cap and heat the jar of wax in a microwave oven in medium heat for 20-25 seconds, just enough to soften the mixture. Stir the mixture and let it rest until its temperature is cool enough to apply on skin.
2. Prep your skin by washing the area with soap and water to remove unwanted residue. Dash a little powder on the area to be waxed to keep it dry.
3. Using the wooded applicator, apply a thin layer of the wax in the direction of hair growth. In the same direction, place the strip of cloth on top and even out air bubbles.
4. Swiftly pull the end of the cloth towards the opposite direction against hair growth. Repeat as needed.
5. Reddening of the skin after waxing is normal. Wax residue on the skin can easily be removed with a damp cloth. Allow pores to close by letting skin rest for at least 30 minutes before completely washing the waxed area.

Do not use on broken and irritated skin.

Price: Prices starts at Php100.00 but I got mine (which contains 100g of honey wax) for Php169.75. The kit includes honey wax, 4 reusable and washable cloth pulls, and 2 wooden applicators.

Hits:
  • Fool-proof and very convenient to use (unless you don't have a microwave at home).
  • The cloth pulls does not split when used. You have less worries of repeating the procedure all over.
  • A quality product with all natural ingredients at a very affordable and budget friendly price!
  • This product is locally manufactured too (from Laguna)! In short, it does not cost a lot of fuel to transport it to shops.
  • Cute packaging. It actually looks expensive. :)))
Miss:
  • Be very careful when applying it into your skin. Wait at least 30mins after you heat it from the microwave oven before applying it into your birthday suit.
This is definitely a must have for every wise girl out there! There might be nothing wrong with being "balbon" or a hairy babe. But as the saying goes, one must rise to the occasion. If you are not comfortable wearing that leg baring shorts or bikini with all those hair, there is nothing wrong aiming to look your best every once in a while. And as another saying goes, "No pain, No gain." Beauty has its cons and perks. Learn how to decide what to improve and what to leave on its own. :)

Waxing is a cheap way to way to have smooth hair free skin.it can be easily made at home and use it.other alternates for hair free skin are razors ,shavers, threading etc but best is home made sugar wax.
