AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream

Remember when I posted about the "sample room" on my previous blog entries? Now, here's my first purchase on the said site.

In observation of the "love" season, I chose to test the AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream to check if it can do wonders to my hard-working hands. And of course to prepare my hands for some action come v-day, haha!

My AHAVA Package from Sample Room.

Living independently in the Metro, I am in-charge of everything. I wash the dishes daily, clean my space and do the laundry on weekends. There may have been a lot on innovation on laundry and dishwashing soap these days, from all-in-one to hand moisturizing types. Unfortunately, every Monday and Tuesdays the memories of my laundry escapade manages to leave its mark on my palms.

There is no glittery polish to flaky skin.
To tell you the truth, I am not a fan of petroleum jelly. I resemble its scent from our hardware business' machine lubricating paste. That is why I try to put as much lotion as I can into my "kumakaliskis" hands instead. When I received my AHAVA Hand Mineral Hand Cream Sample, my palms was on it's second peeling day. I eagerly applied into my flaky palms and immediately noticed how it lessens the tight sensation and appearance of dry skin in the area. I used it every time I wash my hands and I am happy and confident enough to shake hands with everyone.

Hits:
  • Highly moisturizing.
  • I love it's clean and refreshing scent. Not too floral nor too musk.
Miss:
  • It can get a bit greasy when you over applied.
  • You have to wait a minute for it to be fully absorbed by the skin.

I like this product though I may still be in search for a cheaper and less concentrated formula as an alternative since my hands tend to sweat too much whereas my budget is usually dry. Yaaay!
